“Talking to each other instead of about each other” – The modular learning platform Meetajew is a project of the Central Council of Jews in Germany. Sich be-kennen* is an online course about Jewish life in Germany in which Jews tell their own stories. In four modules, participants can playfully listen to stories & test their knowledge in interactive puzzles.

The course was integrated into the WordPress CMS as a VueJS application. The content has been implemented as custom content types using the existing WordPress architecture and can be edited independently. Interfaces for registration & authentication enable secure and simple registration for the course. The protagonist feed creates a real social media feeling with audio tracks and post images. All interactive elements (crossword puzzle, quiz, word cloud, timeline, etc.) not only bring a certain gaming factor, but can also be analyzed with defined evaluation functions.
