As the representative of the Jewish community in Germany, the Central Council of Jews (ZDJ) is the most important point of contact for Jewish communities, regional associations and all other Jewish institutions in the country.

The cultural program of the Central Council of Jews in Germany has been offering a wide range of cultural events for the communities every year since 2004. “From classical music to klezmer” – the offers in the catalog are diverse and audiovisually prepared (videos, audios, pictures & texts). Using a notepad function, communities can put together their desired program and send it directly to the ZDJ.

The responsive design and data management were implemented on the basis of the WordPress content management system, which enables cost-efficient implementation and further development, especially with regard to updates, new features, SEO, interface design and usability.

In addition, a Django backend was connected, which makes it possible to manage the cultural program and requests. A budget management system was also integrated, which automatically performs calculations, as well as the option to download the data as an XLS file.
