As the advocacy group for freelance performing artists in the state of Brandenburg, the association represents 43 members and nearly 700 theater and dance professionals.

A key requirement for the relaunch was to retain the design while fundamentally rethinking the data structures. This involved implementing the data strategy developed in 2024. The relaunch focused on the “Members & Venues” and “Schedule & Repertoire” sections.

All data is updated daily via interfaces (FDKB & TMB) and linked together through mapping. A duplicate check is also performed during import. A wide range of filter options in the front end ensures that members, venues, stages, events, repertoires, and offerings can be found quickly.

In addition, a secure, login-protected area was created that contains a wealth of information (technical stage details) about the venues in Brandenburg.

The responsive design and data management were implemented on the basis of the WordPress content management system, which enables cost-efficient implementation and further development, especially with regard to updates, new features, SEO, interface design and usability.
