The company has been operating parts of the route network in Baden-Württemberg since 2019 and sections of the route network in Bavaria since 2021. As a fast-growing rail transport company, the recruitment and training of employees plays a central role.
In summer 2024, a comprehensive rebranding was on the agenda, including a new website.

The structure of the careers website is as young and dynamic as the company itself and addresses specific target groups. A modern, user-centered design meets relevant content with an interactive character. With the rebranding in 2024 and the resulting new corporate design of Arverio, the careers site also received a new look, including new design elements.

The website was created on the basis of the WordPress content management system, which offers numerous advantages in terms of updates, new features, SEO, interface design and usability.
Data management/import was also integrated with the interface connection to the personnel management software Personio.
Here, specially developed content and post types ensure the filtering and categorization of results within the WordPress architecture and thus enable a targeted output of precisely fitting job offers.
